Evolution Diet Pet foods have never been on a "Toxic Recall".  All of our foods are made in a Small Town U.S. Plant with dedicated employees that make a reasonable wage.  All Evolution Diet Ingredients are produced in the US and Canada where environmental standards are higher then in South America & Communist Asia.  We produce Evolution Diet Pet Foods every 4-6 weeks in small batches so that they are always fresh.  All Evolution Diet Pet Foods are almost immediately tested for scent, taste and dietary response by our own Dogs and Cats almost as soon as they made.  If there is a problem with any of our animals, we have the products immediately tested by one of best and most reliable independent laboratories in the Minnesota.  When there is an issue we "Stop Sale" and stop using the food with our Dogs and Cats until the issue is resolved.  If the food would test to be unsafe, we would perform a "Permanent Stop Sale" and dispose of all the food as waste to be burned at an incinerator.  This has never happened in our 18 plus years of operation, but we do have a protocol in place for such an occurance.  

All Evolution Diet Ingredients are Pure & Vegan. There are no Growth Hormones, Antibiotics, Estrogen Producers in any of our products.  There is no Slaughterhouse Waste Chicken Meal, Fish Meal, or Meat & Bone Meal or Sick Animals that can and are put in Flesh Pet Foods.  There is Radioactive, Sodium Nitrate, or Carbon Monoxide Gas Preservatives that can also wind up in Flesh Pet Foods.  We use the hishgest qualtiy and lowest chemical content High Protein Vegetarian Ingredients including Fresh Oat Groat Meal, High Protein Corn Gluten Meal, and Soy Bean Meal with Pure Vegetable Oil as our primary ingredients.  We do not any chemicals to Evolution Diet Moist Pet Foods at all.  We only use Vitamin A, C, and E and Herbs as preservatives in our Gourmet Dry Kibble Foods with one small exception:  We use a little Citric Acid as a preservative in our  Dry Kibble.
